Book One: The Dolltender
When Natalie’s parents disappear into a mirror, she hides in a trunk that is soon purchased by an antique dealer and shipped to an antique store. Natalie befriends the dolls living inside the shop. The dolls covet a chance to find a real family and home of their own and resent Natalie’s intrusion. Together, Natalie and the dolls discover that home may be closer than they imagine.

Book Two: The Dolltender’s Christmas
When Santa has a heart attack the day before Christmas during his annual visit to the antique shop, Natalie and the dolls come up with a plan to deliver toys to children around the world. But despite their valiant efforts, as the hours tick by they realize they cannot deliver the toys. Until, that is, their own Christmas miracle occurs.
Book Three: The Dolltender’s Adventure
For months the dolls in the antique shop beg Natalie to take them outside, but the Old Man and Old Woman who own the shop won’t hear of it. When autumn arrives, Natalie finally has a chance to take the dolls out on an adventure. The dolls marvel at the beauties of the world during the long fun-filled day, but when night falls, Natalie realizes she has gone too far.
Book Four: The Dolltender’s Quest
In this fourth and final Dolltender story, Natalie faces her most perilous situation yet. She has only one night to bring her parents back from the looking glass they disappeared into nearly two years earlier. If she fails, her mother and father will be lost to her forever. The dolls beg her not to go inside the mirror, but she ignores their pleas and braves unimaginable horrors in her attempt to be reunited with her parents.
